Hotel Cosmopolitan Bologna is pleased to introduce Room Zero, the room that makes the customer the protagonist of the transition to sustainability.
The Room Zero package includes, in addition to all the comforts and services of the basic packages, the measurement, reporting, and offsetting of the carbon footprint generated during the stay. Customers who choose Room Zero receive a document highlighting the energy consumption (expressed in kWh), the environmental impact (expressed in kgCO2eq), and the offsetting action carried out to zero out the impact of their stay. Companies utilizing the service can also report all this within the supplier section of their sustainability report. Choosing Room Zero means investing in the sustainability of the establishment and reducing one's own emissions. The additional fee (€5) is specifically allocated to two areas: offsetting the remaining emissions from the stay and funding new projects within the Hotel Cosmopolitan's transition plan (which will further reduce future accommodation emissions).
